The White Lady is blushing pink. One of Fox’s creations, this one is good served straight up; even better served long with tonic water and mint:

  1. Build 25ml gin, 50ml pink grapefruit liqueur, 25ml fresh lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup in a chilled highball glass. 
  2. Top with tonic water and a sprig of mint. 

Alternatively shake the gin, grapefruit liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup with cubed ice for twenty seconds, strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
